We're off on holiday
Day 1 17/04/18
Hi Nacho here.
Well Mummy & daddy say we're going on something called a holiday. Today we're heading for the Lake District and a place called Ambleside.
They made me have a bath for the holidays - how cruel is that?
How embarrassing is this? I look a right scruff ball!!!
I watched out
Anyway back to the holiday. It was quite a long journey, well I felt it was. I was a bit fidgety to start with, but I fell asleep eventually.
We went to a place called Ambleside, it was very wet! Mummy & daddy needed some lunch, so they found a pub I could go into. I was very popular, the bar staff brought me some biscuits!! I only wee'd a little bit on the floor!!!
Daddy had to carry me back to the car as it was so wet! I didn't mind!
We arrived at this really nice place were we have our own room! I get to share their room! The rain had finally stopped & after they had unpacked, we went for a walk.
I wore my wet coat, cos it was still a bit damp. It was quite a long walk, & one of the first things we saw was a big brown thing. I barked at it cos if it was a dog like me it was massive!!!
Mummy said its a horse, but whatever it is, its a lot bigger than me!! Then a big bird started circling overhead, thankfully it eventually flew off!!
It was a really long walk, but I was very brave & walked the whole thing! However it was very muddy, & daddy fell over & got covered in mud! He then gave me a mini bath in the sink to get all the mud off my paws!
I was shattered that night & had a really good sleep! I think I like this holiday lark!
